Stephanie Otto (Health and Exercise Science) mentored a student research project with Haillee Wilson, Grace Banse, Taylor Katzenmeyer, and Sydney Timm. This research was recently selected and presented at the Northland American College of Sports Medicine Conference in Sioux Falls, SD. The title of the research project was “The Effect of Flexibility on Perceived Pain form Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness in Healthy Adults.”
