Kathy Lund Dean (Economics and Management)was part of a team of authors that published, “Key Authors in Business and Management Education (BME) with a Bibliometric Analysis of Economic Education Scholarship by Gender” in Advances in Economic Education. While the analysis found that women have made substantial inroads into top rankings of BME scholars across disciplines, it also found that women proportionally lag men’s scholarly output in economic education scholarship by a 2:1 margin. In March, Kathy also made a research presentation to the School of Business faculty at Rikkyo University, Toyko, “Using experiential pedagogy effectively and ethically within a business school community of practice.”
