Kate Aguilar (History) is presenting her research on November 4, 2021, as a part of a panel on Sports and Southern Identities in the Sunbelt Era at the Southern Historical Association’s Annual Meeting. Her paper is entitled, “The Rage to Win: The Black Athlete and the U in the Sunbelt South.”
