Kathi Tunheim gave two invited seminars recently. The first was to ELCA Southwest Synod church leaders with Rev. Dr. Bill Nelson, “Strategic Visioning: Energizing and Mobilizing your Congregation,” on January 21, 2017. The second was to 40 high-potential women leaders at Federated Insurance in Owatonna on February 8, 2017 entitled, “Women in Leadership: Work/Life Balance vs. Work/Life Blending.” Kathi was also appointed to the University of Minnesota Private College Leadership Advisory Board.
