Kathy Lund Dean (Business and Economics)

Kathy Lund Dean (Business and Economics) joined Todd Prafke (Saint Peter City Administrator) and Aimee Gourlay (League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust Collaboration Services Manager) to facilitate a conflict resolution and active listening session at the League of Minnesota Cities annual conference in Duluth. The experiential session helped participants practice early collaborative conflict management skills, assisting their cities and constituents as they manage conflict issues across increasingly diverse councils and elected official groups.
