Kate Knutson (Political Science) presented a paper coauthored with Rachel Flynn (Library) titled, “What Am I Reading? How Teaching Genre Improves Civic Skills” at the American Political Science Association Teaching and Learning Conference in Alexandria, Virginia. Knutson also was selected to participate in the 2025 Minnesota Young American Leaders Program hosted by the University of Minnesota’s Center for Integrative Leadership. This program was established in collaboration with the Itasca Project and Harvard Business School.
