Jill Locke (Political Science)

Jill Locke delivered an invited paper, “#MeToo and the Feminist Politics of Shame,” as part of the Shame, Shaming, Shamelessness conference at the University of Vienna on November 29, 2019. She then traveled to the University of Southern Denmark (Odense, DK) and delivered a keynote, “The Death of Shame and the Rise of Authoritarianism? A View from the US,” as part of a daylong seminar on her book, Democracy and the Death of Shame (2016), on December 2, 2019.
