Kathy Lund Dean (Business and Economics) presented in seven sessions at the annual Academy of Management conference in Copenhagen. Highlights included providing a keynote address, “I’m Not That Kind of Doctor: Experiential Pedagogy as the Bridge Between Educators and Student Mental Health Support,” followed by the Management Education and Development division’s recognition ceremony where Kathy was awarded the J.B. “Ben” Arbaugh Outstanding Contribution and Leadership Award. One of her co-facilitated sessions, “The Role of Emotion in Experiential Learning: Incorporating Academic Insights into Practice,” was a finalist for best Professional Development Workshop.
