Shu-Ling Wang (Business and Economics) served as a mentor for junior women economists in the CeMENT workshop organized by the AEA in Chicago Fed. In addition to providing feedback on research with participants, she served as a panelist to address time management for women who strive to balance work and family. With her international identity and three children, Shu-Ling’s experience became a special case for women in similar situations in a male-dominated field.
