Jill Locke attended the annual conference of the American Political Science Association in Washington, DC, August 29-September 1, 2019. Locke had the pleasure of being chair and discussant for a panel titled “Shame and Other Political Emotions,” which was comprised of graduate students and junior scholars engaging her book on shame (Democracy and the Death of Shame, 2016).
