Lisa Heldke served as the Attaway Scholar at Centenary College in Shreveport, Louisiana. In that role, she gave a presentation entitled “Who’s In Your Refrigerator? The Role of Local Foods in the Quest for a Sustainable Food System” and participated in philosophy classes.
