Associate Professor of Chemistry, Dwight Stoll

Associate Professor of Chemistry Dwight Stoll will receive the 2017 EAS Young Investigator Award. This award is sponsored by the Eastern Analytical Symposium, one of the premier conferences in analytical chemistry in the U.S., and recognizes “…those who have made significant practical contributions to the field of analytical chemistry that have helped advance the state of the art.” In conjunction with the award, Stoll will organize a symposium at the EAS conference (November, 2017) comprised of eight oral presentations by himself and other distinguished researchers in the field of separation science. Gustie Alumnus Steve Groskreutz, Ph.D. (’12) will be invited to participate in this symposium in recognition of his excellent dissertation work at the University of Pittsburgh.
