Kathy Lund Dean facilitated an intensive masters course entitled “Fostering ethics and ethical decision-making in your organization: Tools and trends for the future” in the executive MBA program at the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. The course was part of Canterbury’s Master Courses offerings for the eMBAs and details outcomes from her longitudinal ethical decision-making among new and mid-level managers research project.
