Maria Isabel Kalbermatten published an article “Humor político y manipulación en dos diarios argentinos” in Os sentidos do humor: Posibilidades do analice do comico (Portuguese Edition). The article is an analysis of the relationship between political humor and manipulation in two of the most influential newspapers of Argentina. Through a Critical Discourse Analysis, it is shown how certain political ideologies can be disseminated and controlled by the comic strips published in both newspapers.
