Faculty Spotlight: Dwight Stoll and Daniel Meston

Dwight Stoll and Daniel Meston (both Chemistry) published a paper in the Journal of Chromatography A, along with co-author Todd Maloney from Eli Lilly and Company. The paper, “Effect of Flow Rate on Plate Height and Resolution for Antisense Oligonucleotides Under Hydrophilic Interaction Liquid Chromatography Conditions”, describes the first measurements of plate height for oligonucleotides under isocratic conditions in the HILIC mode of separation. These results will form the basis of future work aimed at development of higher-performing methods for the analysis of therapeutic RNAs that are emerging as an important class of drugs for a variety of diseases.
